The short version
We do not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no logins, no cookies, and no advertising on this site. The values you enter into a calculator are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. We do count page visits in aggregate, using a cookieless measurement tool that cannot identify you or follow you to other websites; this is described under Traffic measurement below.
Calculator inputs
Values you enter (for example age, BMI, weight, ASA class, CPT code) are used transiently, on your device, to compute a result. They are never sent to a server, never stored by us, and are gone when you leave the page. The calculators do not request or accept patient identifiers, and you should not enter any.
Contact form
If you choose to use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are delivered to us by Formspree, our form-processing provider, so we can reply. We use this information only to respond to you. Formspree processes the submission under its own privacy policy.
Error monitoring
The calculator pages use Sentry to capture technical error reports (for example the page, browser type, and error message) so we can fix defects in a clinical tool quickly. Our Sentry configuration disables collection of personally identifying information, performance tracing, and session replay, and error reports do not include the values you enter into calculators.
Traffic measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people use these tools and which pages they reach. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, gives you no persistent identifier, and cannot follow you to other websites. Each page view records the page address, the referring site, an approximate location (country, region, city), and your device and browser type. Repeat visits within a single day are counted using a temporary hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours and is not linked to your IP address. Because the calculators never place your entries in the page address, no value you type is included in this data.
Hosting
The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request metadata (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Children
These are professional and educational tools; the site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
